The homeowners wanted a renewable heating solution but had been told by two other companies that their property wasn't suitable for a heat pump. #### Our Solution We conducted a full heat loss survey and designed a Mitsubishi Ecodan 11.2kW system with appropriately sized buffer tank and optimised flow temperatures. Existing radiators were assessed — only two required upsizing.
