Appian Heat Pumps was founded by Craig Ball after more than a decade working at the sharp end of heating and cooling systems — diagnosing faults that had already been misdiagnosed, fixing installations that should never have been signed off, and optimising systems that were wasting energy because nobody took the time to commission them correctly.

We maintain REFCOM registration, carry full public liability insurance, and follow manufacturer-specified procedures on every job.

We guarantee all workmanship. If a repair we've carried out develops the same fault within the guarantee period, we return and resolve it at no additional cost. That guarantee exists because we rarely need to use it — our first-time fix rate exceeds 95%.
